Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@rdpeyewear.com. Returns must be shipped to the address specified in the return request email.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The cost for returning discounted items is:
• €5 for each pair of glasses shipped within Italy
• €10 for each pair of glasses shipped to European countries
• €12 for each pair of glasses shipped to the United Kingdom
These amounts will be deducted from the refund total.
Products purchased during the 2x1 promotion cannot be returned or refunded. A replacement can only be requested in case of defects or non-compliance attributable to RDP Eyewear.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as custom-made items (for example special orders or personalized products). If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional 2x1 items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Failed delivery / unclaimed packages
If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to reasons attributable to the customer (absence at delivery, refusal of the parcel, or failure to collect it from the pickup point), the order will be returned to the sender after the holding period established by the destination country (usually 8–10 days).
Once the package is returned to our warehouse, the customer is entitled to a refund of the order. However, the refund amount will be reduced by the full cost of the return shipment, which varies by country and will be communicated to the customer during the refund process.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, except for items purchased during the 2x1 promotion. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that RDP keeps records proving the condition of each product before shipment, therefore any alteration to the item — even if unintentional — will result in the return being rejected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
