Orders and Delivery
To track your order and follow the various delivery steps, you can click on the tracking that was sent to you by email, or you can access your reserved area to follow your order step by step.
We currently ship throughout Europe. The shipping cost is €5, except during promotions when shipping may be free. Delivery times generally range between 24 and 48 hours.
All orders follow automated packing and shipping processes. Therefore an order cannot be cancelled if approximately 4 hours have passed. If you have any problems with your order, please write to us at info@rdpeyewear.com
You have 14 days from when you receive your order to make an exchange or return.
To proceed with the return, follow the procedure indicated on the Return Policies page
Please note that, to accept the exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and inside the respective boxes, as you received it.
If your return is approved, the corresponding refund will be issued within 7 business days via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
You will be notified of this transaction by email.
Once issued, the refund will be effective within 1-10 business days (depending on the payment method chosen during purchase).

The three most common reasons why a payment is declined by our payment system are:
- Insufficient funds. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account to make the purchase.
- The credit card was not issued by the country you are currently in. Make sure the credit card you are using is issued by the same country you are making the purchase in.
- Your bank is blocking the online payment for security reasons. Contact your bank and make sure the payment is not blocked.
All transactions are handled directly by our payment service provider, Shopify, with secure encryption and in compliance with strict banking regulations.
Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank, including RDP Eyewear.
At the moment it is not possible to make payments by bank transfer and cash on delivery, but it is possible to make payments by debit card, credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
